Mary Heer-Forsberg, Communications Director

Mary Heer-Forsberg joined the ILTF staff in late 2007 as the Communications Director, after working for eight years as a communications consultant and freelance writer.  As a consultant, she worked with a variety of clients to strategically develop content for web sites, brochures, journals, viewbooks and other marketing collateral.  Heer-Forsberg also worked as Communications Director for Mounds Park Academy and in public relations at Colorado State University—Pueblo.  She has also worked as a staff writer for a bi weekly newspaper and an instructor at a community college. 

Heer-Forsberg holds a bachelor's degree in English from the College of St. Benedict and a master's degree in communication from the University of Northern Colorado.  She is a board member of the Roseville Area Schools Community Foundation and served on the board of her children’s K-8 school for six years.
